(HSBI) serves as the holding company for Heritage Southeast Bank, which is headquartered in Jonesboro, GA and operates under the names Heritage Bank, Providence Bank, and The Heritage Bank in its various markets. The three partner banks merged in August 2019 to adapt to the changing marketplace so that each bank would be in a better position for the future, while remaining committed to customers and the community locally.
